Are theses temps OK when downloading? (8320)

Hi, I have an 8320 at stock speeds on stock cooler, on an Asrock 970 Extreme4. I am currently downloading CSGO from steam and these are my temps https://gyazo.com/7e8af3957135b61580f1c925f7418533 . Normally I idle at 20-27c. Are these temps OK?

They are fine, since steam does not only download but extracts and installs at the same time to make the process faster which stresses the HDD and CPU a lot.
