Best CPU Cooler 100$

Hello,
I am using an Intel i7-4770k CPU on an Asus Z87-A MB.

What is the best CPU cooler I can get with a 100$ budget?
I'm using a Corsair Carbide 330r case, so coolers up to 160mm height will fit according to specs.

Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO..... $29 bucks on newegg and amazon.

I have the same cpu by the way....overclocked and all....using ceramique2 paste and this heatsink I have not seen a temp over 115 deg. F. ever...

A Cryorig H7 would be a good budget alternative to the one linked below. The Noctua NH D15 may be a little too tall for your case.

Hmm now you are making me want to try one out myself instead of my hyper 212 evo....if it cools the same and has more clearance between ram than my 212 does I'll buy one myself because I like the look of it far better..

Thanks for the suggestion. Indeed the H7 looks like a good value/performance choice.
What about Noctua coolers? I always heard good things about those and they seem to do quite well in those benchmarks.

They are great coolers, but they are heavy and expensive.

While Noctuas cooling performance is very good, they are heavy and cover up some good amount of space.

Ok. What about liquid coolers? I know they are expensive, but I noticed the Corsair H80i GT would pretty much fit in my budget.
Would it be better than the Cryorig H7 for overclocking?

H7 is better than H80i in terms of cooling. I'd prefer air cooling if the cooler is not as big as noctuas.
