GPU Not sending signal to monitor

The past weekend I have transported my PC back and forth between my house. Whe. I went to plug everything back in at its original location, it would not display a signal. After some testing I've come to find that it is not my monitor, and not a broken hdmi port. I have the case open and everything seems to be working fine, GPU fans spinning and everything. Help?

Is a case speaker http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812201032 connected to the motherboard?

Did you assemble the pc, or you bought it pre-assembled? Is it under warranty?

Then I'd try reinstalling RAMs, cables, graphics card and testing. If still no go, try re-seating the CPU and CPU cooler also.
