Changed CPU Cooler now all Games Crash

I changed my cpu cooler from the stock intel cooler to an h100i gtx and now all my games either crash or lag extremely bad. My cpu temperature is constant at roughly 30-32 degrees Celcius but my usage on my cpu spikes up when playing basic games like Minecraft or CS:GO. I don't know what to do I checked my graphics card making sure that the drive is up to date.

Brand new Just built it.
Had Intel cooler for 1 day.

First, get rid of that h100i. It is a giant waste of money on an i3-4160, which, unlike its Skylake counterparts, cannot be overclocked. A $20 cooler is more than enough for that CPU.

Second, stock CPU cooler has more functions than just to cool the CPU, it is also designed to cool the motherboard and RAM. Closed loops, such as the h100i, are awful in terms of mobo temps.

Listing your full specs will help, include your GPU, mobo, PSU, and RAM. brands and models list 'em all.

Make sure you aren't using integrated graphics. Use memtest (http://www.memtest86.com/) to check your RAM. About all I can thank of unless you damaged the CPU somehow when you installed the cooler.
