Is Sparkle Power supply made by FPS group reliable or is it a cheap brand?

I'm interested to buy this power supply, but i have not heard of sparkle power. From reading wiki, i learned that it is made by FPS Group. I am unsure if this particular psu is made with inferior parts than other SFX power supplies.

I want to use this power supply for gaming with a gtx 660 and I3 CPU.

It's FSP Group and they have been around since 1993. They are basic power supplies, but they are fine for an entry level system. The whole system will draw 200W or less at full load. I'd instead consider the following PSUs:

Those power supplies won't fit the case i was trying to built. I actually decided to just buy an alienware alpha instead. I was trying to make a console size PC but there is no case smaller than the alienware alpha.
