My son has a wireless dell mouse/keyboard, when playing games the mouse becomes laggy/jerky and regularly stops moving for a fraction of a second, which makes game playing horrible. This has only started happening in the last week or so, prior to that it was fine.
Nothing new has been installed except windows 10 updates.
Only USB devices is just single dongle for the kb/mouse and a webcam.
We have tried a different mouse, and did not have any issues.
Have uninstalled the Microsoft driver, and installed the dell specific driver, but under device manager, it still show sthe Microsoft HID driver.
Tried a different USB port.
nb: this is Windows 10 btw not Windows 7, I did not mean to post it here, I just used the "ask community" fields on the right, not realising it would use current category.
