Been trouble shooting my no video out on my new computer.

Neither GPU DVI port worked, took it out and tried the DVI and VGA ports on the motherboard, still no signal. Took one RAM stick out and booted with a case speaker, got three long beeps. Replaced it with my other RAM stick, three long beeps still. Switched to the other RAM slot, three long beeps from both the RAM sticks. Everything in this build is brand new. CPU and Motherboard are compatible. Please don't tell me I have to send stuff back.
