can someone clarify that my cpu cooler is spinning the right way

Hi. I took my CPU cooler out to clean it and when it came to put it back in i couldn't remember if i had put it back in the right way. I think I have but I am not entirely sure. The fan spins anti clockwise currently. Here is a picture.

yes that is correct it is forcing air into the heat sink.
