750ti hands down. it has a more powerful core, and faster memory with a much higher bandwidth. it might cost around twice as much but you get huge benefits, and a 630 is really not much better than integrated graphics.

750ti for just about every reason. i do not see a situation where you would use the 4g of ram on the 630. any game that would eat up that much ram would be crippled by performance before you used that much up outside of very specific situations like a very heavily modded game. i would almost say the 630 is more suited to bluray and 3d video playback than gaming.
