My computer is a build I did myself about 8 months ago. Couple of weeks ago my computer, tv, and speakers lost power during a power surge. Had trouble getting computer to reboot for a couple mins. Now it randomly completely shuts down and attempts to restart immediately afterwards but fails within less than a second. When trying to restart, the button does nothing unless I unplug or turn surge protector off, let the motherboard and power lights die down, turn the surge protector back on and try to reboot. Most of the time it just flashes my LED's and the fans start to spin and it dies all within 1 second time frame. Repeat process until it eventually boots. No BSOD's when it dies.. it just dies.

I have checked all fans and they are all working properly. Everything is properly plugged in securely. RAM has been tested and is good. No capacitors on MB are damaged. The computer has no dust, completely clean. All drivers except my Nvidia driver was up to date, although its updated now and still has same symptoms. It has been virus scanned by several programs and is fine. Replaced surge protector just in case. All temps are fine and is not overheating.

It shuts down at the most random things and is becoming more and more frequent. Shuts down for sure when playing H1Z1 after 10 mins even if I turn the graphics settings all the way down. Shuts down when watching Youtube vids and especially if i full screen them. Shuts down when on facebook. Shut down once when opening Chrome. It was shutting down once every other day and is now 2-3 times a day. My suspicions are the PSU but I really don't know.
