I want to change my processor and motherboard to intel but i also want to keep all of the files in my Harddrive. Is there anything i can do that does not include reinstalling win7 again?

Solution
Yes, just move the drive over, Win 7 is very good at configuring itself to new hardware, have done so well over 100 times - Suggestions for it - make sure Win7 is up to date first, make backups of your data files, then install the drive in the new rig and boot up, Win will examine the new hardware and load default drivers for what it can and generally go on into Win - at that point, load the latest mobo drivers for the new board, run a good registry cleaner (Wise has a good free version of theirs), then will have to reactivate Win - overall rather painless ;)
