So the title pretty much states my question but to expand on it, I'm looking to run higher quality games on my computer but as is the integrated graphics card is simply not cutting it. Im wondering if i can upgrade my graphics and if so what graphics cards can i use. Sorry if this is a dumb question but I'm just not sure.

Solution
You'll need to upgrade the PSU somehow (only "300W", so more like 200W), but yes, it does have a 16x PCIe 3 in there.

My suggestion though is to return it if possible and get a real machine

okay and what sort of graphics card would you recommend?

For the system in it's current form? You'll be lucky if you can run a 750ti

If you want something better, you'll need ALL of the following
1) New case, PSU compatibility is garbage for that computer
2) New PSU, "300W" is not enough
3) Graphics card.

Here's a reasonable upgrade:

Total of about $275
