i have everything except GPU and OS. looking at Sapphire Nitro R7 370 4gb (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ZGL8AVO?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=ox_sc_act_title_2&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER). Will this be enough to run GTA V at 1080p 30fps or higher with my build? If not what other graphics card will get me there for around that price?

current build

CPU: amd fx 8350

I think the r7 370 or even a used card from the last generation are the best if your on a budget. I LOVE the Sapphire Nitro cards, but it's your choice. I can tell you from personal experience that I bought almost every component in my PC used and saved TONS of money doing so. NVIDIA just charge too much for the low end, but the 970 is good value for the price range. But you could also get a used 290x for like 100 dollars cheaper, so it depends on how comfortable you are with buying new/used. If your willing to go used, go for a used r9 280x, or even a 270x. If your feeling really lucky you can get a used GTX 680 for cheap these days, but their older. If your new, yeah, the 370 is great value. Hope these were enough options.

I think you should spend a little extra and go for a GTX 950. It beats out the 370 on pretty much everything at AROUND the same price (might be a little more expensive). It should run GTA V on 1080p 30 fps easily. Or another thing you could do, is save a little bit more money and go for a GTX 960 (Usually around 220 USD. A 960 will run GTA V on High Settings @ 1080p 60 FPS.

Forgot to add. If you want to stick with AMD, go with a 270x or a 280 which will give you 60 FPS with minor drops on GTA V @ High settings 1080p.
