Will a FX8350 work with my Gigabyte Ga-78lmt-usb3 dual bios work and over clock?

Don't recommend to use that MB for ocing fx8350, because the MB has lower power phase count. But if you want to try, make sure buy the top-down blowing design cpu cooler like this one http://www.legitreviews.com/images/reviews/1927/cnps_8900_extreme-025.jpg and may try use the fan to cool the VRMs section like add the small fan ( next to the h2o cooler) http://www.overclockers.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=135114&d=1384710155 all just make sure the MB's VRMs section will not overheat.
Recommend to buy other better MB like GA-970A-UD3P, MSI 970A SLI Krait Edition, or MSI 970 GAMING at lease.
