Sapphire or MSI R9 390?

I'm thinking about getting an R9 390 for my gaming rig and I've had different people telling me to get different ones, the main two being Sapphire and MSI, and I'd like to know what you guys think. What are the different pros and cons for each card and which do you think I should get. This is the rest of my build.

It shouldn't make a huge difference either way. Personally I'd rather go with the MSI card because I like them. You can always overclock it to it's highest potential. My MSI R9 380 came at 980/1425 and I was able to get it up to 1140/1540 and got a 10+ fps boost in most games.
