downgrading windows 8 to iwindows 7 but missing options in bios

im downgrading my windows 8 to windows 7

i already disabled the security boot and fast boot

then when im going to advanced tab cant find the system configuration and cant find the legacy boot and csm to enable it

It's hard to say exactly where in the BIOS the legacy option will be as all BIOS are set out slightly differently. Perhaps look for a tab with boot settings and see if it is in there somehow. After that take a look at this link.
