WARING: THIS IS GOING TO BE A LONG READ AND I DO NOT SUGGEST YOU ANSWER UNLESS YOU HAVE READ IT ALL

I have made 2 other posts about this problem now and have still not got an answer so im going to run down exactly what the problems are since they started.

It started on the day i built my computer 2 weeks ago today with me getting a bsod on Rainbow Six Siege, as i played the game more over the next 3 days i started getting more bsods, at first i only thought it was on that game so i put it down to a problem with the game, but then it crashed on another game. After more crashes on these 2 games i started looking around on the internet for solutions, so here is what i have checked so far:

GPU: I first thought it was the GPU which led me to a get a replacement last week, at first i thought the new GPU fixed my problems but it turned out yesterday it hadnt after my PC crashed playing the Witcher 3. So i have ruled out the GPU COMPLETELY.

RAM: I have used windows memory diagnostic which came up with no errors. Yesterday i decided to test the individual sticks ( as i have 2x8GB), the PC crashed on witcher 3 no matter what stick i used. So i have decided to rule out the RAM.

PSU: I have a 600w Corsair PSU which should be fine as the minimum for my system is 600w and power usage statistics seem normal.

Hard drives: I have a SSD and a HDD which i checked using chkdsk and seatools, they both came up with no errors.

CPU: I did a CPU stability test for about 15 mins with no errors but i dont think that this can rule out the CPU.

Other pieces of (maybe) useful info:
When the PC crashes i used to always BSOD but recently it has either completely frozen or lost signal to the monitor and then frozen but when i do get a BSOD the errors are normally KERNAL_INPAGE_ERROR and CRITICAL PROCESS DIED. Yesterday i crashed twice, one was the computer freezing which led me to needing to hold down the power button for anything to happen and the other one was a critical process died error.

The PC only crashes when playing intensive games, the 3 culprits so far are Rainbow Six Siege on High/Ultra, Cities Skylines on max and Witcher 3 on High/Ultra. My PC should be able to run those games at those setting and if it cant that int enough to crash it without there being lag or other in-game problems like that.

Yesterday i was talking on skype with a friend when my microphone completely cut out and he could not here me. The microphone was plugged into the back of the PC but using another microphone did not solve the issue, nor did plugging the microphone into the front port. Im not sure how i solved it but i ended up with my microphone and headphones plugged into the bypass on the keyboard until my mic broke again, this time nothing worked (using another mic, using other mic ports etc). In the end i did restart my PC completely but by the time i was back on i suspect my friend thought i had gone off as he went offline so i was unable to test the mic again. Why am i going into so much detail when this seems like a different issue? Because maybe this may be a sign that my motherboard is faulty (but dont take my word for this). Just one last thing about this mic problem, at the time i was playing Payday 2, a game i can run on high for extended periods of time without crash unlike the other 3 i have mentioned.

So today i am going to run more tests and maybe try to play these 3 games at lower settings but this may be hard as i have a lot of work to do. I will try to get the Witcher 3 in at medium settings at least as the Witcher 3 crashes the quickest out of all of these games.
Here is how long it takes on average for each game to crash.

Witcher 3: Not tested on old GPU, but on new GPU about 15-30 mins of game time.

Rainbow Six Siege: On old GPU, 30-45 mins. On new GPU it hasn't crashed yet and the longest session playing this game on the new GPU is about an hour.

Cities Skylines: only crashed once, about 50 mins into a game on old GPU, but i have had longer sessions with the game since.

Specs:
Intel Core i5-4590
16GB DDR3 HyperX fury RAM
GPU: MSI Nvidia Geforce GTX 970 (this is the same as my old GPU )
Motherboard: MSI Z97 PC Mate
PSU: Corsair CX600
SSD: Sandisk SSD Plus 240GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB
WIFI Card: Gigabyte GC-WB867D-I
CPU Cooler: CM Hyper 212 Evo
Windows 10 Pro

I thank anyone for reading and i hope you answer, i am extremely frustrated because of the whole ordeal. Its extremely irritating spending around £1000 on a PC just to have it keep crashing on the games you got it for. If you reply, you can expect a quick reply from me and i will try anything you suggest.
Thanks,
Josh

I think you might have a memory problem. Try removing 1 ram stick and running on 8gb single stick. If it happens again swap out with the other stick. If it happens again, then you have excluded the ram sticks. Then problem might be in the SSD or HDD, which is harder to detect, since my guess is your windows is on the SSD, so you will have to remove the SSD and install a fresh windows on the hdd and install the games to test it again.

I already did the memory thing, but are you sure that reinstalling windows will fix the problems?

In terms of installing a new copy of windows, do i use the windows 10 installer or download another image of windows 7 and use that as when i built my computer i used a windows 7 USB by friend gave me and then updated to windows 10. The key is for windows 7. Also which drive do i install windows to and what happens with the other drive?
