so i recently built my new pc, and ive been experiencing some overheating on my cpu, a currently have a stock cooler and i haven't overclocked still running at stock speeds.
so i have 2 monitoring softwares core temp and HWMonitor, they have the same readings and seem accurate, not contradicting eachother.

so researched some bit and both my core and socket temps are kind of high and apparently exceeding amd safe max operating temps , when i run prime 95 and games i get a max temp of 66 degrees on socket temps and 52 degrees on core temp with both hwmonitor and core temp.

which of this this temps should i worry about and are my temps safe? and what do you think the problem is? and if i carry
on with these temps would it reduce the lifespan of my cpu? im 14 and saving up, what after market cooler besides the hyper 212(it cant fit in my case) do you recommend?

Solution
I check mainly my core temperatures and most of the benchmarks out there usually concentrate on those. If those temps are under full load on prime 95 and full blown gaming you have nothing to worry about. Your maximum core temp should be below 70c, yours is 52 so everything seems fine. Generally your core temps are the important ones.

in the uk the hyper t4 is £6 cheaper and fits in my case, and apparently has identical performance to the 212 evo. and the ARCTIC Freezer 7 Pro Rev 2 has a lot of good reviews but i dont know much about it. and the tx3 evo seems a good choice. do you have any other recommendation? EDIT : the cooler cant be above 155mm tall.

3 good choices for you there.

All very similar performance to each other.
The s40 would be by choice as its quieter than the other two - also incredibly easy to fit & paste is pre-applied.
A great choice for the novice builder.
