Laptop Unable to Startup(After Sudden Shut Down)

Im using ACER 4741G
my laptop suddenly died while im gaming
-Im still able to start the laptop while using the battery
-The laptop unable to charge
(upon plug in the adapter, the light on the adapter turns off)
(while I've unplug the adapter, the light is on again)

Is the fuse on the motherboard spoiled?
or there is anything else that could causing this issue?

hang-the-9
Unplug the system from wall power and remove battery. Hold in power button for 30 seconds, plug in wall power with no battery see if that works. If not, try a new adapter. If new adapter does not work you need to have the plug or motherboard checked.
