Computer won't boot with new ram

Hi my computer gets stuck in bios when i install my new ram.
I have a really old motherboard (the ASUS P7H55-M PRO) but i got some relatively new ram cards (Corsair XMS3 DDR3 2x4 GB)

Thank you for help I'm really new to the hardware aspect in computers.

Newer DRAM (since 2011/12 uses high density memory ICs, which aren't compatible with older mobos, would look at GSkill's value NT line of sticks or their original Ripjaws (not X or Z lines) which use low density chips that would be compatible with the H55
