Current Specs:
---------------------------------------------------------
CASE: NZXT Phantom 530 Full-Tower
CPU: Intel i7 4790k
Heat Sink: CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO
MOBO: Gigabyte Gaming 7 Z97X
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 670 FTW 4GB
RAM: 2 x 8GB G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 1600
HDD: WD Blue 1TB
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB
PSU: InWin 850w Bronze Rated
---------------------------------------------------------

I am looking to upgrade my GPU, and want to spend ~$700. I was looking at the GTX 980 Ti, but am not sure what brand/version is best, or if there is a better card for cheaper. I am open to buying an AMD card, but want it to be as good or better than the 980 Ti.

My PSU I'm almost positive is bad, because I am getting random restarts. With current specs (and leaving room needed for GPU upgrade), what is a good brand PSU with the wattage I need and is 80 Gold Rated?

I am looking to upgrade my peripherals (Mouse and Keyboard). I was looking at the Corsair K70 with Red MX Cherry Switches. I don't really want to spend more than ~$130 on a keyboard. As for a mouse, I was looking at the Logitech Proteus Core. I play a lot of different games, so I want an "All Around" mouse. I don't want to spend more than ~$70 on a mouse.

As for a headset, I was looking at the Astro A40 TRs. They are ~$250. I am open to other brands, but want great quality sound and it must have a built-in microphone. I play Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Dota 2, and many survival games if that helps make a decision. I am looking to spend no more than ~$300 on a headset, but would like to stay around ~$250

Any and all help is appreciated! If I missed anything/you have any questions for me, please don't be afraid to let me know! :)

GPU : MSI or ASUS GTX 980 or SLI GTX 970
PSU : For 980 Corsair RM800Wx or EVGA Supernova 800W ; For SLI 970 Should be good at 1000W Corsair/Evga. You could go with Chieftec also for higher wattages. Gold should be fine.

I ended up buying a EVGA 220-G2-0850-XR 80 PLUS GOLD 850 W ECO Mode Fully Modular PSU for 129.99 with a $20 rebate card ends up being 109.99 plus shipping. As for the GPU, do you mean Asus 980 Ti or just the 980? Also, would it matter if I got Gigabyte or not considering my mobo is a Gigabyte? I'm not sure if it would be mroe compatible/work together better. Thanks for the quick reply!

There isnt much difference. I'd go with MSI, im quite satisfied with MSI and I wouldn't go with Gigabyte because it has worse cooling than Asus or MSI and compatibility doesnt really matter with the brand. Gigabyte has alot of issues with slots and probably isnt the best choice.
