Hi all,
Finally upgraded my 5+yo computer today to an i5 6600 with 16gb DDR4 2666mhz ram. Now I'm using my "carry-over" GTX750Ti....would there be a noticeable improvement if say I upgrade to a GTX950 for intensive LR/PS CC use?

There would certainly be an improvement, but for that you're paying to get a whole new card, i you have time, i suggest you wait and save up to buy the 970, you could definitely buy the 950, but the performance gain will be outweighed by the amount you'll spend on it.
