PC keeps turning off every 5 seconds

So I just finished building my first pc and whenever I turn it on it keeps Turning off every 5 seconds

Here are my specs
Intel pentium g3250
Kingston red 4gb
Corsair cx 500
Gigabyte h81m-h
Gtx 650

Did you apply the thermal paste and cpu cooler correctly? it could be thermal shutdown..

I didn't need to since the cpu cooler already has thermal paste applied on it

What do you mean? There's thermal paste already applied on my CPU cooler and yeah I'm sure that I have applied the cpu cooler correctly

Are you pulling to much power? could be your computer needing more voltage than it has...
