1 core hotter than other one

Hello, I want to know why is one core 2x hotter than other one on my Core 2 Duo e7200
The first one on idle is usually 28 C but the other one is like 57,58,59 C also on idle. What could be the problem?

The sensor could be reading it incorrectly or the thermal paste is not spread well enough. Take off the heatsink and wipe the thermal paste off of both the cpu and the heatsink and apply some more.

With my other 2 CPUs all cores mostly have the same temp with the same amount of thermal paste and same heatsink...
