Cpu: Intel Core i5 3330
Motherboard: FUJITSU D3221-B
RAM: 2x4GB 1600MHz DDR3
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64

The turbo works just a few hours/minutes after turning the computer on,and then the turbo turns off, rebooting the machine solves the problem temporary.
Turbo speed: 3.2GHz
Tested with Prime95,OCCT,Far Cry 4,CPU-Z.
and i see big difference in performance between base clock and turbo clock.

I hope there is a solution to it,It's very annoying to restart your pc just for turbo,
Thanks for answering :)

IDK,That's what was written in CPU-Z,there is nothing written on the motherboard,
and the problem can be solved with "High Performance" power profile turned on all the time in Windows
but it makes the cpu hot so it's not ideal when idling.
But the CPU is 100% i5 3330
And the motherboard is 100% one of Fujitsu's motherboards
