Solution
Since newer cards like the GTX 750 Ti use a UEFI BIOS, you won't really know unless you try it (or someone with that board has one). The older 775 socket boards still use a legacy BIOS, and sometimes they don't play nice with UEFI BIOSs. My hunch is that it will be fine.
This MSI GTX 750 Ti has a built-in BIOS switch that will allow either UEFI or legacy BIOS operation: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127783&cm_re=msi_750-_-14-127-783-_-Product
It was designed with that switch to allow it to work on older boards as well as newer ones. It's a pretty sweet little card. No 6 pin needed. Quiet dual fans at low RPM most of the time.
