Your processor comes with a stock cooler which is just fine for base CPU speeds or even a slight overclock. For some people, the stock cooler (and fan) is too loud and they always recommend replacing it (heat sink and fan), but if the noise level doesn't bother you (never did bother me) and you're not going to over-clock right away, then you don't need a replacement right now.

Hey, Thank you for feedback, Also doesn't CPU come with its own cooler or the case has 3 fans? or i am mistaken, Because i dont know how to pick fans for CPUs. Thank you once again for help

Hi, You're welcome.
The stock cooler does not have good cooling performance and the i7 4790k gets a bit hot under load. Any aftermarket cooler is better than the stock one.
