IBT is always a good one to go with. It uses the same stress test Intel uses to test their CPUs when binning them. This is good even for non-Intel CPUs.
Another would be Prime95, make sure it is version 26.6 as anything newer on Haswell or newer will cause the CPU to hit insane temperatures even at stock due to maxing out with AVX.
As well just normal use, browsing, gaming etc and note any crashing or instability you might notice.
If you want sure. I have never felt the need to stress test a brand new cpu at stock clocks. Checking to make sure your temps are in check wouldn't be a bad idea however.
