Solution
It should look something like this;

http://en.community.dell.com/cfs-file/__key/CommunityServer.Discussions.Components.Files/3518/2766.CPUID-Hardware-Monitor.png

In this case it shows the CPU temperatures under Intel Core i7 720Q. 'Value' shows the current temperature of each CPU core, 'min' is the lowest temperature it has recorded on each core and 'max' is the highest temperature it has recorded on each core.

The most important ones in this case are the value and max temperatures of the hottest core so I'd be looking at the current temp of 69c and max of 72c. They are very high but probably not high enough for the system to shut down.

You should be able to see your CPU temps under AMD FX -6300 or similar, your GPU temps should be...
The most likely issue here is overheating.

- I would suggest first downloading CPUid hardware monitor, it is software that monitors your temperatures. Open a game in windowed mode and open hardware monitor alongside. Play the game and watch your temperatures. If your CPU exceeds 70c or your GPU exceeds 90c when it shuts off, the issue is probably overheating.

Another option could be bad GPU drivers.

- To test this you could try updating to the latest driver.

Try those and let me know how you get on.

Hello, thank you for your reply my temps are here

TMPIN0 - 54, 50, 54
TMPin1 - 91, 89 92
TMPIN2 - 94, 93, 98

All in Celsius.

I tried updating my driver but it says this is the highest one i can get at the moment.

There are several cpu tags listed on the CPUID HWMonitor, So i will list them in order if that fine.

CPU VCORE .840v 8.40v 1.416v
GPu listed under powers - 8% 7.57% 9.04%
gpu listed under utilization 0% 0% 21%

Is there a way i could send you a picture like the one you linked me?

You'd need to open it, press print screen and paste the image into paint or something then upload it to a site such as imgur and give me the link to it.

Here is the picture of the temps and what not

Can't see your GPU temperature there but your CPU temperature is extremely high, that will be why it is shutting down. Most people don't like theirs going over 60-65c at any time and yours is 81c when you're in a game.

When you installed your CPU and CPU cooler, did you put the thermal compound in between the CPU and the cooler? It's the grey sticky stuff that gets everywhere.
