Hi! I just bought 4 case fans for my PC0 (Corsair AF140). after installing them, I can't seem to connect them anywhere. I don't see any slot for fan other than cpu fan on my micro atx mb, and there aren't even enough slot left for 4 fans. The fans have 3 pin connectors, but my PSU (Evga supernova gold) doesn't seem to have any connector that is compatible with the 3 pin plug.

Help? Thanks!

you can certainly plug any fan into those other headers. The problem is the BIOS probably has them pegged to an undesirable defaults. That pump one is probably running at 100% all the time. You're probably going to be better off getting a fan controller if it fits in your case. But no harm in checking the BIOS for fan settings or just plugging a fan in and see what happens when you turn on the computer.

Thank you. I plugged one into the vrm_fan and another into the pump_fan, and 2 left unplugged. But the result is pretty crazy. This is what my CPU temp and usage look like right after I turned on my pc, with nothing running.

both are a lot higher than what I see normally.

Why is this happening?
