My computer has started doing this. At first, I thought it was an issue with Fallout 4, with the Corvega Assembly plant area, because my computer screen kept wigging out when I went there and I had to shut it down. Now, though, the problem is everywhere, and I have no idea what to do.

Build:
Mobo - ASUS H17OM-E D3
GPU - ASUS GeForce GTX 980
CPU - Intel Core i5-6600k 6M Skylake
RAM - 8 GB Hyperx
OS - Windows 7

How is the monitor connected? VGA, HDMI, etc. If possible, try a different type of connection, or at the very least a different cord. If that doesn't fix it, try and change from having the monitor plugged in to the Nvidia card to having it plugged in to the motherboard directly (intel integrated).

Sad to say your gpu is malfunctioning, so sad to see such a beast of a graphics card die like that. Hopefully its still under warranty and you can RMA it back for a replacement. That kind of artifacting is 100% not your moniters fault. You can try taking out the gpu and using the integrated gpu to boot and test just to make 100% sure its the gpu at fault

That's disappointing. At least it's a clear cut problem. It should still be under warranty; I only got it a month ago.
Thank you for your help.
