What should I look for when buying a CPU?

I would like to know what I should look for in a CPU to help prevent bottlenecking. I am currently working with AMD F2+ chips so any feedback on those kind plus intel if you can would be very great. Thanks!

Yes, you're good. My 860K was OC'ed to 4.2 GHz and had no problem keeping up with my GTX 960 FTW+. But that was about the max card I would recommend. I was seeing both the CPU and GPU reach near 100% usage in some games.

would the athlon x4 860k be able to handle the GTX 950 SSC no problem? Like no bottlenecking it?

Alright cool, I am new to AMD CPU's cause I had to stop using Intel after my 1366 motherboard died on me I think so ya. Awesome dude, thanks for the help! Have a great day.
