What are some good SSDs that are around 120gb? I'm building a computer and I want to have and SSD as my boot drive and what not but I don't know really anything about them and was hoping you guys could help me out

At todays prices, a 250GB SSD is a much better buy.
Which one? Samsung 850 EVO.

These are all good options. it all comes down to the price and which brand you prefer
Real world performance would be almost the same, you won't notice any difference.
