Is this powersource compatible with a Sapphire or MSI 390?

I don't plan on overclocking yet and I'd not rather not upgrade my psu right now but will my current one be enough to cover a 100382NTOC-2L or MSI 390?

I definitely wouldn't try to power a MSI 390 with a 550W, that's not enough at least a 650W.
550W isn't recommended.
Same goes for the 100382NTOC-2L.

A 3570K and a factory overclocked 390 will push the 550 watt PSU pretty hard. If you don't want to upgrade your PSU you may want to consider a GTX 970 instead.

Yes, 650 watts from a good quality power supply can power either card.
