Above is a picture of my mixer that I just got. It's a USB mixer that I have plugged into my PC. The RCA cables are plugged into my AV receiver via the AUX port. I have my headphones plugged into it as well.

I don't know whether or not this a defect in the mixer itself or a bug in my computer. When i listen to music for example, everything sounds just fine. Usually after about 10 minutes or so, that noise appears and it goes away if I turn the mixer off for a couple seconds. When I turn the mixer back on, the sound goes away, but, if I'm watching a YouTube video for example, an error message will come up ending the video. I have a wireless USB adapter, so, i think this all has to do with my USB.

Solution
Sounds like overheating of the amp. When the op-amps get hot they start leaking more, causing noise. When you shut it off, it cools off, fixing it. When you turn it back on, the amp reconnects to the computer, causing anything running in exclusive mode to crash. If that's the case, not much you can do about it without replacing the broken parts.

Well, this mixer is brand new. Plus, when i turn it off and back on again, it will continue working fine for a while. The noise seems to appear randomly

If it's "brand new" then just have it replaced, it's probably defective... assuming you have the source and amp powered from the same plug

I will. I have to test it on another computer just to make sure though

Hi!

I got an AG06, and getting the same problem. It is very disturbing, as I do broadcasting. If this noise shows up, I have to turn of and on the mixer, then everything is fine. However some settings will be gone, and I have to restart broadcasting too in some cases.

I tried to figure out what is the root cause, and what i think that the compressor has something bad, but this is not sure! If I didn't use the compressor on my mic, was ok, and only very-very later some weak noise appears. But in your video there is no compressor used I think.Only RCA input. And the most important, I am using in Input mix mode, means the broadcasting will be streamed over USB. And I hear this noise only in my monitor headphone. Not on stream!

I have Windows 10, and using mainboard internal soundcard. Maybe with windows 7 this problem does not exists.

My video about the problem: https://youtu.be/Gf81zckGwzA

I am testing now with a new driver, created also for windows 10 (because the earlier version of this driver did not supported win 10).
