Getting a new CPU with non stock cooler, couple questions about thermal paste.

Okay, so my old CPU decided to start bottle-necking and maxing out way earlier than it should, and me being the ever optimistic (read: stupid) person I am I didn't bother getting the warranty. So I'm taking this learning opportunity to also upgrade to an i5-4690K Processor 3.5 GHz, with a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. Now I don't plan on overclocking till the warranty expires, so my real questions are do I need to buy thermal paste to go with the fan since it's not stock or does it come with it's own? And is that fan an appropriate match for the CPU I want?

Solution
The cooler comes with a small tube of its own paste, and is a very solid budget cooler (with the ability to handle moderate OCs).
If you OC properly, there is no need to wait until the warranty is up, thats just a waste of performance.
I also recommend the cryorig H7 over the 212 EVO. Smaller, no ram interference, better compatibility, and slightly better performance.
