It started happening 5 days ago, and today I used my old g100s, and it doesn't turn off or give unrecognized errors.

This is what the drivers in Universal Serial Bus Drivers say.

What could be wrong with the mouse? I've already removed mouse drivers and reinstalled them by restarting the laptop, but same thing happens.
Disconnecting the mouse and waiting for like 10 minutes makes the mouse work again, but then starts lagging after 10 minutes, and then powers off.

excuse my ghetto setup haha(laptop screen broken)

Solution
No, photoshop uses the swap file on the HDD to compensate for RAM. If anything it would have thrown errors about being low on memory and it would be fixed with a reboot.

The mouse appears to be fine to me. Just a software problem.

I've been using this mouse on this laptop since august, and the problem just started, I was also thinking maybe it wasn't getting enough power since my laptop is like almost 4 years old, but who knows. My pc has 2 USB ports, and I used it on the first port, but after the problem started I switched my mouse to the second, but it still happens.

I've been in Safe Mode for 21 Minutes using the mouse, and it's working flawlessly the lights turn on, connects with no problems. Also when I was playing a game the mouse started to lag and eventually turn off, and I removed drivers and disconnected the mouse many times, and it wouldn't work, but then I closed the game because the mouse wasn't working, and then connected the mouse again, and it worked.

I have the G600 mouse and G510s Keyboard and sometimes, only in Win 10, when exiting games the keyboard and mouse both become unresponsive. I can only CTRL + ALT + Del to log out and back in to get them to respond.

Yes I am. Before this started happening I never left the software open in the background, but after it started I left it open hoping it would fix it, but it didn't I also went into the software to check for updates, and it said I was up to date.

With it working correctly in Safe Mode, the issue is definitely software based. That said, it is going to be a bi$%# to troubleshoot. The only suggestion I could give, short of reinstalling Windows and hoping it fixes the problem, would be to disable all startup software and test. Keep adding items one at a time until you find the culprit. If that does not work, you can try SFC /scannow from an Admin command prompt. You said you have already removed the USB drivers and rebooted to force a reinstall. Have you checked the notebooks driver page for updated chipset drivers?

I'm now at 43minutes in safe mode, and it still has not lagged at all or powered off. So I'll start by disabling start up items, and checking chipset drivers. also this started when I was editing a 4k picture in photoshop and had like literally 10 tabs open, my apu is 1.3ghz dual core so could that contribute to a software problem? I would usually never have many tabs and photoshop open. I'm building a better desktop sometime this month so this mouse should still work right?

Thank you Puff3r & R_1 for helping, so far it hasn't turned off after returning to normal windows, if it continues to happen I'll just reset the pc, and hope it fixes it. I just hope this doesn't carry on to my new desktop I'll building.
