I'm using Gigabyte h81-s Mb.4Gb kingston fury.
Now i want to upgrade ram can i plug 8gb kingston fury in other slot? Does total works as 12gb or will i get any problems(both rams same speed and model except size)

Solution
Well thing is, if you get 4gb then you have 8gb in dual channel, which should be enough for what most users do (and if it's not you can get another 4+4gb in dual channel later on). If you really need the ram then 12gb is good enough. Dual channel mainly makes a difference if you are using the CPUs integrated graphics card, if you are not however then the benefits of dual channel are not that great.

I'm using GTX 750 ti i want to upgrade ram as games need more ram.
4gb is 20$ and 8gb is 28$ so i bought 8gb forgetting dual channel. So can i cancel my order and buy 4gb or go ahead with 4+8.I'm using i3 4130.

If you are not turning 2 games on at the same time, then 8gb total is enough, however if you like running 2 or more games at the same time and lots of tabs in Chrome/Mozzila/Whatever, then just go for the 12gb and forget about dual channel, you won't lose any noticeable performance any ways.
