Hi,
I am a 3d Artist and I am from India. I want to assemble a pc for my 3d work like 3ds max and zbrush and for game purpose also.
Please help me out.

INR40000 is about USD700-800.
On this budget range if you use the PC more for video editing, you have 2 options:

FX8320
ASUS M5A97 EVO
or
i5 4460
ASUS H97 pro

with:
CM Hyper 212 EVO
2x8GB DDR3
GTX970 or R9 390 ... if this is too expensive go for GTX960 or R9 380
Any good 550W (GTX970/R9 380) or 650W (R9 390) from brands like XFX, Seasonic, Antec, etc. ...450W(GTX960)..*warning* do not go for any bad/unknown PSUs.
Any case you like which fit the components and your budget.
