Hi guys !!
I have a big problem with my PC.
I bought my system 6 months ago and everything was fine till 1 week when my PC started to shut down itself automatically after I play ANY game !! For example I start to play CS:GO. When I'm on game menu (Play / Settings / ETC) everything's just fine, but when I enter a game with other players, my PC shuts down in about 5 seconds. What's really weird is that when it shuts down, he remain like that about 2-3 seconds and then it powers up again. So it's like a reboot but.. it's not a reboot...

Same thing happens on every game I play, even if it's League of Legends or Grand Theft Auto V !!

NOTE: It's not from overheating, my temps are pretty cool..
NOTE 2: Sorry for my bad English, I know I suck at this language ^^

My pc specs:

OS : Windows 8.1
Video card : NVIDIA GeForce 660 GTX (2GB 192 BIT)
Memory ram : 8 GB
CPU : QuadCore Intel Core i5-2400, 3200 MHz (32 x 100)
HDD : ST3250310AS ATA Device (250 GB, 7200 RPM, SATA-II)

UPDATE : It happened again just a moment ago while I was google-ing.... Nothing more than Chrome..
Any ideas ? -.-

PLease in heavens name get another PSU. It's definitely that causing the problem. Something more trusted, I recommend either Seasonic or Antec power supplies. Anything rom the Antec High Current Gamer and Seasonic M12II should be enough. I learn't that cheap PSUs are rubbish. Please don't buy another cheap one.

What is your budget? Maybe I can recommend one for you.

It might be graphics card related. I had the same problem a few years ago with my GPU. I would play the game for a few minutes then my PC would reboot. Try removing the GPU then boot up and play a game that your pc can handle without it, like LoL.

Okay, that is strange! But what I have found is that Google can use up to 40% of your CPU. I know TOO MUCH just for a browser. I'm starting to think that maybe it might be related to your CPU now. I'm taking that you bought the system pre-built and that it was new. Try checking maybe there are some programs that installed themselves, check your system usage when it's just switched on, try scanning for viruses and then get back to me.

Also check the start up programs and try disabling what you think is not needed.

I just reinstalled the windows 2 days ago because I was thinking about some viruses or maybe some unsupported programs and even after that problem still persist..
And btw, I created my system piece by piece, and it worked well until now.. I don't know why, but if this problem would've been from hardware .. I think it should've been from the beginning... Not 6 months after that..

EDIT: I disabled almost all startup programs..
