I cannot choose between the 2 cards. I know that the r9 is a better card, but I'm not sure if I should go for it, since It's like 50 bucks more in my country and I'm on a budget. I also fear that the r9 will bottleneck with my current spec. My monitor's max resolution is 1650x1050.
My spec:
CPU: i5-3470
PSU: XFX TS 550W
Memory: Corsair 2x4GB
Should I go for the GTX 950, or should I plan for the future and go for the R9 380?
