i have 450watt necola psu , 4gb ram, athlon II x2 4450e processor, asus m4n68tmlev-2 motherboard and onboard nvidia geforce 7025 graphic card. i want to upgrade it to best one. please tell me. desktop resolution is 800x600. budget is upto 9k

Solution
For that CPU and low resolution you can use an nVidia GT 730 GDDR5 or a Radeon 7750 which is faster (and is still my favorite lower power small form video card). I'm guessing your budget is in rupes, both cards are within your budget.

is 1gb or 2 gb one good in gt 730. can my psu handle it. can you also tell me pci slot version on my motherboard. which company is good msi or gigabyte or zotac or galax

With your low resolution and slower CPU, the 1 gig version is fine, power supply is also fine for that card, PCIe slot revision does not matter since even rev 1.0 has enough bandwidth for the 730. Just need to make sure you have a 16x size slot which you should.

It won't make any difference to install 64 bit on your system since you only have 4 GB of RAM. If it's slow you can just re-install Windows clean, unless you have some hardware issues it will run better.

Any of the brands are fine really, pick one that has the best warranty.

what is meant by that you said re-install windows clean. and on many websites i noticed the no of rop's and tmu's are only 8 and 16 for gt 730 . so is it fine or bad at my low resolution??

The usable RAM will go up because it won't be reserving any for the onboard video. Re-installing Windows with 64 bit would only make sense if you are upgrading RAM to over 4.

I already said a few times the GT 730 GDDR5 is a good card to match your CPU for a low price, don't worry about whatever it is you are looking up, if you want a faster card, 740 or 750 is next steps up. I would not go past a 750 regular, the Ti would be a bit too much to match with your CPU and older platform.

one ques also ......... is that i want to ask that i overclocked my current card that is geforce 7025/nforce630a to 620mhz from 426mhz(default). and then a message popped out on my screen that " nvidia display driver was stopped and has been recovered"
so is it safe to overclock my card to 620mhz or more???

No it's not safe.
