OP....just buy it normally. The OS is just as much a part of your new system as is the RAM, CPU, etc.

Yes, they have their shady sides, but if you buy your product from a trusted seller (succesful transactions completed is shown right next to their price) you should not lose your money. For example, I never buy anything from a seller lesser than 99% succes rate, and I have never lost my money. I have bought 6 games and windows 7.
