Plantronic c320M Audio only Heard in the right ear

Well the title says it all...I can hear sound only through the right side and can use the microphone in it.Please tell me how to fix this problem.Is it be a software driver issue?

That headset is probably not designed for using on a computer, it's designed for using with a mobile phone or for making Skype calls I think. The 'M' in the model name (C320M) means it's for mobile use.

You need a headset that is designed for using on a computer.
