I upgraded my laptop using the upgrade option, it appeared to download OK and I've been using it a couple of weeks. Now I get a message asking for a Product key or the product will expire on 9th Jan! Checked MS site, no product keys being given and no support for Win 10 upgrades by telephone or email!
Found a link to a program that claims to find your key embedded in the BIOS, will try this when I get home but what are the other options? Allegedly there may be a recovery partition on my Samsung and I could revert to Win 7 and do the whole this again but I don't really want to go back there.
