Buying a new multimeter

Hi, if someone can help me pls, im just asking which multimeter is better of this two and what do i need to consider when im buying second hand or new multimeter i just need it for small electronics - a beginner one .

A bit difficult not being in English,but personally I would get the Velleman as it is a known good make.
As a beginner instrument all you really need are Volts,Amps and Ohms and virtually any meter will give you those.
second hand is fine as long as it works,but at those prices you may be better getting a new one as you will get the manual with it .
