Which CPU Cooler? i5 4690k

So Im going to upgrade my parts to an i5 4690k and want to overclock with it. Any suggestions for a cpu cooler that i can get an alright overclock with?

CPU: i5 4690k
Motherboard: MSI Gaming Z97
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB Single DDR3-1600
Video Card: MSI Radeon R9 380 GAMING 4GB
Case: Corsair Carbide Series SPEC-01 Mid Tower Gaming Case
Power Supply: Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

Yes get the cryo rig ,stick with air cooling ,liquid cooling will get your CPU cooler but there are other components on the motherboard that need to be cooled and will be neglected by liquid cooling (unless you run a custom loop and that starts to get expensive) try and intake all your air into your case from the bottom up and exhaust out the top if you can,this way if you decide to put a waterblock on your graphics card you can put a radiator up top of your case and it'll exhaust the heat keeping the temperature inside your case nice and cool.

Every Processor is different. If you are just going to OC a little 1ghz or so, if so air cooled would be fine. If you are wanting to Stress it and OC it more than i would suggest the liquid cooler.
