I wanted to know a safe and stable overclock that wont damage my cpu, ive never overclocked and was looking to try it, my CU cooler is the Cooler Master V8,my mother board is a MSI gaming 7, my graphics card is a 780ti classified, if you have anything else to ask please do so, i really want to overclock without shortening my cpus lifespan.

You can never overclock without shortening a CPUs lifespan. But this OC shouldn't be too harmful, so don't worry about your CPUs lifetime with it: 4.6Ghz clock with voltage at 1.291v. That should do fine. If you see the temps rising beyond 80°C, simply disable the OC.
