So I currently have two, cheap USB Bluetooth v2.0 dongles I bought from china a while back that I mostly used alongside Xinput Wrapper to connect my PS3 controller to play games. There's noticeable connectivity problems but nothing too drastic for my gaming. I recently got a pair of bluetooth v4.1 headphones for Christmas and they exaggerate the connectivity problems.

I have a MSI 970A-G43 motherboard and it doesn't have to be USB. Right now I'm leaning towards getting this dongle http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00T9NP7QQ?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=ox_sc_sfl_title_2&smid=APJTSFXKG7BYQ. I really only want a solid connection with a radius of <5 meters with a budget of around $20.

I haven't came across any USB 3.0 dongles which I doubt exist since Bluetooth v4.1 max transfer speed is less than USB 2.0. I've also came across a thread from 2014 that said Bluetooth 4.2 is on it's way?

Anything you'd like to add is welcomed.
