I tried search engines as well as looking on the usual spots, and I can't find anything about a process called egnaxsia.exe. This process was running on a computer which was riddled with adware. I've since cleaned it, but never did find anything about this mystery process. Can anyone comment on 'egnaxsia.exe'?

Indeed, Google tries to correct it to the name of a city in Italy.
Cleaning with malwarebytes did resolve it, as the strange program is nowhere to be found now. I was just curious whether or not it was a known thing or not. I'm fortunate that I've so far never been the first one to ever find new badware that hasn't yet been well-documented. Seems like it's a normal thing for these programs to have weird names, so I guess we're done here. I'll resolve the question.
